Consume una dieta rica en carbohidratos, especialmente carbohidratos complejos como cereales integrales, frutas, verduras y legumbres. Los carbohidratos son la principal fuente de energ\u00eda para los m\u00fasculos durante el ejercicio, y una ingesta adecuada y constante ayuda a reponer las reservas de gluc\u00f3geno.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Piensa en la nutrici\u00f3n pre y post entrenamiento.
