Classes are a good mix of ages and skill levels. I started attending with my teenage daughter after she expressed interest in boxing. For me, after being out of combat sports for 20ish years (and it shows) it\u2019s been a fun ride with some good sweating. This has been a great place to restart for me and a great location for her to begin learning.
