STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

Our Strength And Conditioning program is a group of fun classes with a variety of strength and conditioning workouts, scalable for any level athlete. These classes consist of high intensity workouts and weightlifting . Our coaches Wes Linsley and Dale Jensen are very passionate about the program and lead with great skill and knowledge. With this program we use SugarWod. This app allows each athlete to view the workout of the day, monitor and track their progress and interact with other members of the gym.
